How It Works

A print-ready layout, built in your browser

Each original page is scaled down and placed into a grid on a new sheet, keeping its aspect ratio intact. Choose how many pages go on each sheet, the sheet size and orientation, and the reading order, then download the result.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does 'pages per sheet' do?
It shrinks and arranges several pages of your PDF onto a single new page, the same way a printer's 'N-up' option works. Choose 2, 4, 6, 9, or 16 original pages per output sheet.
Can I choose the page order?
Yes. Fill each sheet left to right then top to bottom, or top to bottom then left to right, whichever matches how you plan to read or print the result.
What page sizes are supported?
A4 and US Letter, in either portrait or landscape orientation. Original pages are scaled down to fit each cell while keeping their aspect ratio.
Will the pages look distorted?
No. Each original page keeps its aspect ratio and is centered inside its cell, so nothing is stretched or cropped.
Does the tool upload my file?
No. Everything runs entirely in your browser. Your PDF never leaves your device.
Why would I combine pages onto one sheet?
It's useful for printing handouts, slide decks, or drafts using less paper, or for creating a compact overview of a long document.
Is the tool free?
Yes, completely free. No account, no sign-up, no limits.
